Participation in Speak Opinion

Speak Opinion offers to all the valued members an opportunity to participate in online surveys. These surveys which have been designed to incite curiosity among the participants are either directly commissioned by product manufacturers themselves or commissioned by market research agencies (both hereinafter referred to as "commissioners"). Following are the parameters applicable to the participants hereinafter referred as "participant", "Nestor" and, or "member" used interchangeably.

Survey Invitation:Nestors or the valued Speak Opinion members who are participating in surveys will receive survey invitations by an e-mail. Alternatively they can access the desired surveys through the “My Surveys” page under account info of the website of Speak Opinion. The member will receive an invitation to carry out the survey.

Eligibility:Complete profile entry made by a participant is a prerequisite to be eligible for receiving the survey invitations. The number of the survey invitations received by a participant will also depend on the active profiling.

Age limit:The age limit to participate in the online survey is 18 years and above.

For the surveys based on educational activities, puzzles and recreational games intended to raise curiosity among children, the age limit to participate in a few surveys may be 15 years.

The incentives for these surveys may be in form of coupons from websites dealing in educational products.

For a child participating in such surveys the consent by either of parental consent is required.

All the participants are free to choose whether or not to participate in a respective survey.

Once a participant has submitted the answers to the questionnaire, he or she is eligible to become a member of the e Speak Opinion.

The decision of approving the candidature of a participant for a survey is final and binding. Speak Opinion reserves the right to invite a participant to participate in a survey. Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does in no way confirm the right to participate in a survey.
